I'm more of a My Aim Is True kind of guy because I love that 70s pub rock sound. This Year's Model is probably his tightest album though.

I also really dig the caffeinated sprawl of Get Happy. So much fun.

@Bizzle i think i finally cracked Census Designated after 6 full listens, it’s her best album imo

first off the lyrics are on a completely different level of maturity and abstraction which is awesome. the sound is so dreamy and consistent that it makes for one of the most cohesive listens i’ve ever heard, even without gimmicky song transitions. and her voice is amazing on here, showing a surprising amount of control over her newer, higher register.

i had a lot of trouble telling the tracks apart at first, but they’ve all got pretty distinct melodies and lyrics if you pay attention. i think my favs other than the singles are Backseat Girl and Idling Somewhere. Always Have Always Will and Video are right there with em too.
