Was watching Kids earlier and while Im not a huge Korine or Clark fan as a time capsule they seem to have nailed that early to mid 90's NYC period. Also how different the late 90's/early 00's felt
Couldn't imagine what a "youth" film of today would be like.. hmm

It’s sad. The decline started around 2009/2010 but s*** really went south around 2015/2016. 2003-2008 was the last golden age
