tbh Cook's epilogue season was the only one really worth watching. Effie's was decent but not great. Season 3 and 4 were okay. 5 and 6 trash. 1 and 2 though
also this show is the reason I did so many d**** when I was a teenger. it made it look so much fun
“You think you know death, but you don't, not until you've seen it, really seen it... And it gets under your skin and lives inside you.
You also think you know life, stand on the edge of things and what you go by but you're not living it, not really, you're just a tourist, a ghost, then you see it, really see it, it gets under your skin and lives inside you, and there's no escape, there's nothing to be done, and you know what? it's good, it's a good thing.
And that’s all I’ve got to say about it.”
@Elric
I know you said white album is by far the Beatles' best, but Come Together, Sun King, I Want You, and The End from Abbey Road are some of their best songs period

Great, iconic songs but again they were a little more focused on fancy production over song craft there. Rubber Soul is similar to White Album in that it's the perfect balance for me.
ain’t no shot I’m listening to 27 beyonce country jawns but that miley cut p nice

Abbey Road is their best I agree

Yeah I'm not a fan of her singing in general. Feels like her voice was created in a lab to hit the same emotionless notes every time

One and done for me. Didn't look at the track names when I was listening but the first song was cool, followed by the worst Beatles cover I've heard in recent memory

There's husky which is fine and then there's toadish
sounds like she's been smoking whatever Tom Waits smokes
flipped on the Low/"Heroes" debate again. Low works very well as a whole (even better than "Heroes") and the ambient tracks are all fantastic. Some Are (reissue bonus track) also sort of brings both sides together. HIs best album probably. "Heroes" is still great but Moss Garden sort of brings the ambient suite down a bit what doesn't happen on Low even though it connects Sense Of Doubt and Neuköln masterfully.

Both have Eno so it's a tie in my book

Tom smokes 100% pure tar
Abbey Road is their best imo. Most expansive arrangements, songs flow organically and have more dynamics than on most of their other albums. Songwriting is top notch. Nowhere near as clutched as Revolver or Rubber Soul. White album is overlong and even though I like it's atmosphere i prefer Abbey Road overall.

Low always been a much more cohesive and fuller sounding project for me. Heroes hurts my ears.

I do recognize the beauty in simplicity tho, so

Does anyone else experience an abrupt cut off during I want you (She's so heavy) at the end? The song just sort of cuts without fanfare or nothing lol

Yellow Submarine is their most unserious track

Legendary moment, amazing segue into Here Comes The Sun

It's so good
Sidenote I never truly got the hype for Sgt Peppers
Legendary moment, amazing segue into Here Comes The Sun
its not a segue, its the side flip
