I remember giving Marth s*** for going crazy over Mitski but damn she has bangers for days

There's a few songs on that Lenker album that I think stop it from being an instant classic but mostly it's so f***ing special. Best songwriter of the last 10 years

First song is too much for me to handle so I always start it on track 2

Makeout Creek and Puberty 2 are my favs. New one is nice with Americana vibes as well. Be the cowboy probably my least favorite

Haven't listened to Laurel hell but it sounds like Laurel Halo who is super rad

She was one of those artists I just unfairly judged back then and forgot about. Then a friend of mine recently who's a huge fan showed me a buncha stuff and yeah, I think she's really cool.

Have you heard this Cindy Lee album that p4k just gave a 9 downloaded it to my phone but all the tracks got jumbled and i had to re organize them in a new playlist. It's pretty cool so far. Straight up 60s psych worship @RVI @Elric @HeyFella

Amazing song though. I don't really like Candleflame or Evol. The latter sounds beautiful but is f***ing stupid. We all clowned Eminem for the "love backwards is evil" bit so we're not letting her off

Not yet, I'm bad at seeking stuff out now if it's not streaming and I'm pretty sure this never will be. I will listen though, I like what I've heard from Flegel especially those early Women albums

You didn’t listen to Heart Food tho. I think the first album is a classic, but Heart Food transcends the singer/songwriter stuff of that era. It’s so ahead of its time.
