Been listening to Here and Nowhere Else a lot lately and it's almost as good as Attack on Memory imo. It's seriously neck and neck.

    I'm not, I'm not you
    You're a part of me
    You're a part of me

Attack on Memory has "No Future/No Past" and "Wasted Days" back to back though and that's hard to beat

I love both but i can listen to HANE front to back regularly but only play a handful of songs from AOM. I think AOM definitely has more interesting moments, but HANE is basically an album full of Wasted Days, Fall In, and Stay Useless s***. Its so damn good.

And "Im Not Part of Me" is for sure one of my faves. That song, Psychic Trauma, Pattern Walks, Quieter Today, and Now Hear In are GOATed. (Not to take away anything from the rest of the album)

I feel you and I won't disagree. I almost want to agree with how much I've been enjoying HANE. it may be more consistent by the slightest but AOM peaks are MASSIVE

  • Pattern Walks is no slouch though for a 7+ minute epic

Yeah its def the Separation/Our Plans of that album i feel like

You ever listen to that Diarrhea Planet album Im Rich Beyond Your Wildest Dreams? If not i think you'd really dig it. It's like a great cross-section between Cloud Nothings and Hotelier. Such a good album

I prefer it I think, keeps the intensity of attack on memory but the whole thing is catchy as f***.

Maybe AoM might be the more impressive record but Here and Nowhere Else is definitely the one I still play the most

  • Last Burning Building is also mad underrated

I agree HANE is more catchy consistently but AOM feels so relentless and powerful it's too close to call

  • RASIE

@Riffwanker @drjdeponytail you peep that new narrow head track that dropped a bit ago?

For the life of me i cant remember the other person ITT who f***ed with that whole scene. Please forgive me

Nah I didn’t know they dropped a single, gotta peep it. Sure it’s fire like everything they’ve done though hope they drop their next album this year

I love Orangutans. Here's a pic of one I met in San Diego when I was a kid. His name was Clyde. RIP Clyde.
