    replaying Super Mario Odyssey atm

still peak 3D Mario. The main story is a bit easy and a couple of the moons become a bit repetitive but the level design is fantastic and it's just so much fun to play and explore. The atmosphere really sells this.

this list is so hard to assemble tbh.

I have a short list of about 100 directors and I have little idea how to rank them besides the Top 6

im still not quite putting it over Galaxy 2 but they're about the same unparalleled tier

gf and i 100 percented Odyssey ages ago and are on the final secret stage last level of Wonder right now its f***ing impossible. probably the only 2D Mario that ranks with 3 and World

Galaxy 2 is great. would have to replay that tho. Have very fond memories of it.

only seen someone else play that level. It looked like pure torture. Overall, Wonder overall looks fantastic from what I've seen (much better than the NSMB games). Good luck on beating that.

its funny how I got my triforce and Mario mushroom tattoos in 2016 when Zelda and Mario didnt exactly have the strongest outlook and maybe possibly were gonna start finally fading in relevance

Mario wasnt in too bad of shape since Galaxy 2 was the last mainline 3D game but it had been 7 years.

Wind Waker was the last real opus for Zelda though and the series really needed a W.

    true.

who would have thought that the franchise would receive the biggest popularity boost in it's existence?

However, plenty of people turning on TOTK for the past year. Wonder if it'll effect it. I stil love it tho.

as a Zelda stan since like Adventures of Link TOTK was the game BOTW should've been and ill stand by that forever

as beautiful and refreshing as BOTW was, the exploration always left me very underwhelmed. always the same enemies, boring loot and fking koroks. TOTK went way beyond fixing that.

Ocarina/Majora/Wind Waker still the hoy trinity for me but I can see TOTK making it a quadrilogy

It wouldn't hurt to watch Ivans Childhood and Andrei Rublev first tbh but Zerkalo's structure is so fluid and dreamlike that it ends up being alot less challenging than youre probably thinking it is

Mirror/Stalker/Nostalgia all incredible. I didn't care for Ivan's Childhood and need to see Rublev and Solaris still
