listening to so much glam metal/80s hard rock made me appreciate his legacy more, and how he even beat fellow godfathers Kiss to a lot of that stuff. but his insanity theme has more depth than Kiss' rock theater god personas

I like Frankie Goes To Hollywood and their sophomore album Liverpool is severely underrated (better than their debut despite the lack of clear hits) but they managed to record arguably the worst Bowie cover I've heard so far during that era. Competent musicianship but stripping away basically everything that makes the song so good. However, this in turn makes it interesting tho

I come back and it seems like nothings changed here but Ye is out here making songs about sucking his cousin and I don’t know guys I’m flabbergasted. I’ve been out here trying to get my own music out into the world and finally been playing shows the past couple of years. Got pretty into extreme metal, still into Aphex and Three 6 and s***. Got divorced. My dog died. Got a new girlfriend. Got sober. Been trying to figure out this life thing y’know. Then I log back on and see the cousin s*** y’know? I guess I’m just bugging out.
