Is MGS5 any good? I’ve had it downloaded forever but I’ve never started it.

Unfinished and ripped from Kojima. Of you go in knowing that some things make a bit more sense

Yeah there's a big chunk of the story that got cut away. It just kind of ends at a certain point leaving you like "huh?"

But up until that point it's really cool, and the gameplay is the s***.

Lots of games from that era are less playable now than even the generation before it but I'll take you guys' word that MGS1 is still playable

Early talkies can be very awkward the same way early 3d games can be tbh. Peak silent films were like peak 2d games in that they zenithed so hard with the limitations of their time that they're still totally accessable. And yes I know most people think of silent films as anything but accessable but the amount of people ive dazzled with Sherlock Jr and Sunrise at this point tells me otherwise.
