I've only done it for specialized lists. 21st century/artists/rap to try to make ita bit more interesting. ( I didn't for ladies since it didn't really need to be)
You should notice that not once did I make a limitation on voting for the mainline decade lists which I also believe should be 100% truthful. I don't mind making rules for side lists to try to make it less predictable so if we ever reach 2029 I wouldn't set a limit there either
