Different folks different strokes. I respect yours and Elric's method of digging deeper and deeper into specific eras but for me, I'd rather balance my listening every year with already established favorites, new music, and some new discoveries from the past.

Bully an instant tender low-key classic and Cuck is probably the worst album of all time lol yet another weird year for Ye.

Think i listened to like 40 but half were probably one listen.

I haven’t kept up with much this year, but I really liked the Tom Henry album, Songs to Sing and Dance To. Criminally overlooked. It’s influenced by Emmitt Rhodes, Arthur Russell, and Big Star. Good choice with that Alex G album. It was really good. I also enjoyed the new Pulp and Mac Demarco records.

I'm sorry but Bully is awful in its current state. AI vocals over nearly unedited samples and some of it is just poorly made remixes of the samples they're utilizing. It's obviously got potential but right now it's a glorified demo (because it's Kanye, over-glorified). Your fascination with even Kanye's very worst albums in recent years is astonishing to me.
