I got a 40 minute drive to the city to see a goddamn movie since my towns theatre turned into a f***ing dollar store annoying but I usually see at least half a dozen flicks a year in theatre

spilled half my popcorn on the ground as soon as Marty Supreme started yesterday

I used to hit the the theater all the time, even the dive-y little indie theaters. Covid and streaming kinda killed it.

Oh and I also saw Predator a few months ago, forgot about that one

yeah we both got whooped by an extreme lingering cold over the whole damn holidays so we just hid out and crushed movies and s*** lol. what did you get as far as art s***? I felt like an a****** when I was the only person that posted a pic of their nerd haul lol but here it is again

not sure if you'd like them ngl but i can make a quick list of hand picked songs for you. same way its hard to give a quick starter pack to Grateful Dead or Phish or something. unless you'd rather have a 3 hour live album thrown at you

they were the first jam band to dare ask the question...what if we actually had a great singer and catchy songs they basically do Dead/Phish combined with more approachable 00s-10s indie rock plus a touch of john mayer type vibes. lot of great ballads

Just listened to their most popular ones and it's sounding pretty Mountain FM (my towns one s*** radio station)

yeah they do have some of that radio pop-indie sound for sure with some songs but i still think those are still really good ngl and help balance everything out. not the sound of theirs that turned me to a stan though

Actually didnt get any art-related stuff — well my mom did get us a nice decorative plate that had a hand illustration of our house on it.

I mostly got different kinds of home equipment i've been needing

• new electric pole saw
• new electric hedge trimmers
• auto-retractable ratchet straps

Those were the big things. I got some much needed new clothes and gift cards too
