So you can't appreciate it because you're familiar with the song but I imagine you knew The Turtles song (Gene Clark) and King Crimson songs before MBDTF released. How are those different?

I did not know that Turtles song and anyways its way way more subtle than the Five To One sample. Didn't really know King Crimson in 2010 either.

Each situation is different, just sayin Takeover never blew me away. He wasted that Portishead sample recently as well. Love Kodak but he did not slide over that.

Producers who actually dig in the crates to find the perfect sample always impress me, gotta figure it takes a lot of effort and music knowledge.
