Hellebuyck was unstoppable but Canada blew some chances. Really sad that a great game will be minimized into a political 'gotcha' moment for many Americans who don't actually care about hockey (made even worse because of the current US administration). Canada played better on the ice but sometimes if a goalie is red hot it doesn't matter. I admit I did shed a tear when the Americans brought out Johnny Gaudreau's jersey and son on the ice after they won. He and his brother were killed by a drunk driver 2 years ago

Here's to hoping 2030 will be just as good if NHLers are allowed in the Olympics again

Also: Man i do feel bad for McDavid. Two cup losses and a silver medal in a 20 month span. I really hope he wins something soon. Too talented to not be on top eventually

Real talk Ulver was always progressive with their approach into the different genres they touched. Not all hits but p impressive none the less.

And yeah that Johnny Gaudreau tribute was really cool. He was from South Jersey so it was big news in my neck of the woods when he died

I can’t imagine they go back to banning NHL players in 2030 with how great the games were this year.

yeah honestly these USA-CAN matchups with 4 Nations and now the Olympics have been the best advertisement for hockey in general. hope it continues to grow the sport
