    Surprised you listened tbh

    I recently relistened to their discography to see how much I like them nowadays and just as I finished doing that the new album came out.

    I don't think it's good but passable. Currents, on the other hand, didn't hold up at all. There are like 4 songs (Let It Happen, Disciples, The Less I Know The Better and Eventually) that range from good to tolerable for me and the rest is trash. Let It Happen and Disciples the only ones I'd still listen to now.

    Def agree with Disciples. Only song i have routinely enjoyed a lot when during listens

    New porches album was kind of lame and I was actually a big fan of the last one. Probably my biggest disappointment this year

    Also that new andy shauf album a little but only because it pales in comparison to The Party which is an all time fav for me

    Ima post another one cause goddamn Isaac Hayes was one cold motherfucker Mon is a walking clossic from composing some of the most progressive soul music straight outta Memphis, to acting in movies like Shaft and Escape From NY, then turning into iconic Chef for another generation
