the unbridled kinetic euphoria during the climaxing moments of perfect kiss is incomparable
no song has made me go this nuts dancing on my bed

that’s all i’ve heard enough to remember
but where would y’all put Joy Division’s albums? for me Unknown Pleasures would take the first spot and Closer would take third behind Low Life
More consistent?
Need some receipts
yeah Depeche Mode is great and have multiple classics but New Order arguably doesn’t have a bad album
on god i haven’t listened to much 80s music in a couple years tho. like I’ll go through stints but i mostly stick to listening to new stuff or my favs these days
LMAO so Pitchfork reviewed So Tonight That I Might See and in their little newsletter (i get it cuz i’ve bought tickets to the fest) they call it the band’s 1993 debut
finally listening to the Robert Fripp solo album Exposure. ive been meaning to get around to it for years
How did you find it?
i prefer New Order to Depeche Mode but it's not as if they both difn't make bad albums after at least the 90s.
Saw La Pianiste today.
God damn I think I just saw the GOAT performance by an actress on a film.

This was regarding their 80s output
Ok I'll admit that the first half of the 80s NO s*** all over Depeche, but by the end of the decade it was a tie.

it seemed p decent, multiple guest vocalists threw me off at first (wasnt expecting). definitely one that will take a good amount of listens to digest, especially because of the eclectic style
