Galaxy de list monHave never smoked a cigarette and haven't drank in 6 years. Tried a bit of both tonight and I remember why I never liked drinking in the first place
Cigarette here and there won't hurt me though, def helped with a bit of weird anxiety tonight... oddly relaxing at night

Ehh it was like a once in an eternity thing. I don't have an addictive personality even a bit so I doubt I smoke another one for quite a while.
Meditation never helped me... I always thought it was the lamest form of 'self-help' for anxiety... I rarely get really anxious anymore, mostly just spurts of depression. Most of my anxiety went away when I got rid of the meds
