He could have easily pushed Back to Back on radio as a single (radio programmers for Urban/Rhythmic radio formats were actually surprised he didn't because they all felt Back to Back was catchy enough to become a legit chart hit). They even started playing the song on radio despite him servicing Hotline Bling as a single instead. He could have easily shot a music video to ride the wave of that song as well. He chose not to because he's always understood that beefs aren't moments you're supposed to dwell on for too long.

Even when he lost to Push. He addressed everything on Scorpion and then got right back to what mattered — making music that's non-beef related lol.

My point is that Drake has ALWAYS moved this way, win or lose. Once the battle is done, he moves on to dropping career music. If I am not mistaken, that song came out on a Wednesday right before ovo fest and 2 days before hot line being. Which means that it blew up because yall liked the record and he was winning the beef. Again, he dropped a much better song days later
