It's crazy he makes a living off of doing this with music (which is the way most musicians express themselves, sometimes more than they can in real life), yet he can't take it when artists don't like him for reviews he makes.

In theory, yes.

But when an artist puts a lot of time and effort into a project only for it to be trashed, I could see why they’d be pissed. Not justified, but understandable.
