as an experienced laundry tag checker I can tell you that if you wash it and dry it on warm/high heat it will definitely shrink some
to what extent? its difficult to say tbh especially since its a blend. I would start slow and just do multiple washes if its still too big so u don't accidentally overshrink

acrylic doesn't shrink as much, might be tough...

is it possible to shrink a 85% acrylic 15% wool sweater in the dryer?
i believe it’s gotta be like 70% wool to shrink selectively. all that acrylic will keep its form through the heat
