ill wear a t-shirt Monday jus for u 🤝
Best of luck job hunting on Tuesday 🤗
joking nah but fr officewear is increasingly casual nowadays it’s probably not far off. Still though I personally prefer wearing a button down to work as I like looking more put-together in the workplace/ amongst my colleagues
T shirts as office wear for anything except casual fridays
i would never care lol, it has no effect on people's work or anything.
'looking professional' has always been dumb and arbitrary

depends on the field you work in… with law/busines/public sector work it makes sense as appearances matter. Are you trying to look schlubby in stakeholder meetings/ or while meeting clientele. I wouldn’t say dressing smarter is dumb or arbitrary in those settings. If you primarily wfh or you work in a creative industry, tech etc. I get a more casual look tho since no one is really looking at you like that.
i'm lowkey surprised more brands haven't been doing italian/knit polos with 70s comin back
it’s a summer trend this year a lot of brands doing the knit polo

restaurant dress codes the worst tho
if your restaurant still has a strict dress code your washed.
even a lot of high end spots don’t give af about dress code anymore
copped the black a&f cable knit polo in XS and S to try out

my point is that that only 'matters' because of the dumbb societal perceptions. like court is a big convincing game over presentation, and dressing up aint gonna matter much with a lucrative idea
it's all the same tbh, it's a weird notion of "if you don't dress the part, you're probably bad at your job/unprofessional". that's what i was getting at

i wonder if that changed because of celebs adopting streetwear instead of always wearing suits and dresses
Doing a research study on Grailed for a course I’m taking. I need 6 participants to interview over zoom and answer questions about their experience using the platform.
If any of y’all can help me out I’ll PayPal you $40 for 30 minutes of your time.
still need this?
