The post-import tax is not reflected on Ssense, it gets billed to you by the shipping company

ALD and it's negative effects on the overall vibes have not been fully studied or even felt yet. Fellas don't get fresh like they used to since that trash came onto the scene

I feel ALD is almost like a hypebeast brand at this point. Probably a lot of younger hypebeasts grew up and ALD filled their need for a new identity.

The lookbooks are nice, but too many people try to recreate them, downplaying the creativity aspect of fashion.

The hike in prices as the quality has gone downhill isn't a good look either.

Idk if hypebeast is the right word, it's almost pre-curated, it takes a specific type of person, lacking in creative problem solving capabilities and simultaneously conscious of the reality of creativity to get something out of it, obviously they know their demographic.

i'd argue the pre-curation has just affected people who are just entering fashion or have surface level interest, more so raising the floor

i think people who still dress FR do just fine you just see the ALD look more cause any dude can slap the baseball cap on and think they're rocking
