compared to the actual s***......where bro clearly doesn't comment on whether or not "the mindset" is or isn't a cultural problem....but instead is saying that this is not a Larger problem, instead it's an Example of something else. meaning it's not an Example of the Larger problem....no comment on whether the Larger problem is/isn't a problem at all.

Didn't know all the facts before my post tbh. But still it's a difficult situation. The problem is you never know what your reaction will be when something like that happens, so right now its easy for me to judge, but I don't blame the father for protecting his house and daughter.

I still feel like the shots were too much but I have peace with the no charges. The person who entered the house was wrong in the first place.

my post from the very beginning was about how the two statements "this is not a larger problem" and "this is castle doctrine" are not mutually exclusive, i.e. this event could be part of the judge jury executioner problem AND ALSO be castle doctrine. but the way his statement was presented acts as these are mutually exclusive

you cite a law
