i think citizen kanes reallllllly good tho like actually fr fr 100% deadass, esp if you enjoy hitchcock films
would definitely recommend
and i honestly like citizen kane more than the hitchcock films i have seen (rear window, vertigo, birds, north by northwest)

and i think the cabinet of dr caligari is a p wavy movie

its a german expressionist joint so it has really cool looking visuals
however it also feels like ur watching some weird performance art piece rather than a ~movie soooooo

felt the same way for a long time but Caligari and Citizen Kane are must watches for any film fan
