they're smokeable if they were stored properly. nothing in cigarettes go bad, perhaps the paper can yellow a bit, but that would probably be it. dry tobacco can be solved by rehumidifying them.

there's plenty of videos of ppl smoking vintage cigs and if they were stored right they're perfectly enjoyable
