Can’t remember which songs off top but I know Willie Dixon is a guy they took from. The beginning of “Stairway to Heaven” was also kind of a rip of a song by an obscure band that opened for them at least once (I think they were called Spirit?).
My favorite Zep songs are probably “D’yer Mak’er”, “Dancing Days”, “Misty Mountain Hop”, “Dazed and Confused” and “Immigrant Song”. More into Sabbath but I’ve also listened to them more.
