Plenty of rappers had one hit song then we never heard a real banger again
I’ll get it started
Kirko bangz
He was a drake clone that I wish got bigger to be honest
Jkwon
I honestly don’t know s*** about this guy besides this song but this song does go crazy
Mims
We never heard why he was hot again
Sheck Wes
This is like biggest one of this/last gen
I hardly hear about him or even the player mo bamba
I also couldn’t make this thread without this song even tho he’s not a wonder per say but it still must be shown 100%
U had this quick but did not disappoint tbh this whole era of rap is gonna have a lot
Deadass came to post J Kwon lmao his follow up single was classic too though
This was the hardest beat bro, them drums had me amped even my pops loved that beat
A classic street DVD instrumental lol
BIG MIKE! 🗣
You just unlocked a memory dawg
I remember when Alicia Keys had the No One remix out and Big Mike was adlibbing throughout the track. Literally the whole thing. 3 mins into the song bro said “Now that’s what the f*** you call a remix!”
Niggas don’t know the struggle 🤣

I just realized that I had it mixed up with a different song but Hood Hop was one of those songs promoted as a follow up. Not sure how it did commercially but it was way harder than Tipsy. I also never realized how bad his rap voice was until now. Whiny af lol Big Mike did the same bullshit over Ashanti's "Only You". It ruined the whole song for me. They'll never understand lol
