it doesn't inherently clear him of wrongdoing within the alleged cases but it would indeed put the current benefit of things on his side essentially. note this does not clear him of the state charges being written up by NY prosecution (although with the gains of the GOP in NY's state-level politics who knows if that'll stick or come to fruition).
