Christ
Yeah but the lyrics is used to heavily sway jurors and paint a negative picture.
Imagine them bringing up “When I was 12, I went to Hell for snuffin’ Jesus.” In a nas trial 🤣🤣🤣
Ok but Jesus was born in 0, and Nas was born in 1973…
Hope she gets some money before it’s all gone
It is not illegal to associate with individuals who have committed crimes. There is no legal obligation or logical reason for someone to “pay” King Von’s associates to retaliate on his behalf. Those who engage in revenge killings typically do so out of personal motivation, not for financial compensation.
Free that innocent man. He is no different from a film director like Martin Scorsese, who thoroughly researches his subject matter and portrays violence in his films to meet audience expectations. Just as Scorsese is not responsible for the actions depicted in his movies, this man should not be held accountable for the violent tendencies of those around him. End of story.

Taunting is not a crime; it is merely a trope of the genre. Both sides engaged in it, and it should be seen as part of the of “story” rather than criminal behavior. Expressing oneself, even provocatively, does not equate to inciting violence or committing a crime.
If Durk is guilty just for telling stories and knowing certain people, then where do we even draw the line? America has always been obsessed with outlaws and true crime. From the Wild West to mob movies, we’ve always been drawn to stories about rebellion, justice, and that messy gray area in between.
If Durk’s music makes him a criminal, then what about the record labels that release it? Should Netflix be held responsible for all the true crime documentaries on serial killers? Should the military be punished for making war look cool in commercials? Do we shut down violent video games and stop every movie that shows real-life violence? The logic just doesn’t hold up.
And even if violence is happening at the same time his music is dropping, that doesn’t mean he’s behind it. He could be learning about it from the news just like the rest of us. Telling stories about what’s going on around him doesn’t make him guilty—it makes him an artist and a journalist.
Tell Durks lawyer to get me on the case asap. I would love to discuss over a bottle of vino.
