Steel ask Jam about his rank as a Black Disciple minister.

Jam: I’m not saying everybody in this courtroom is violent

Steel: Your violent Mr. Minster ?

Jam: I’m not the only minister. Dede a minister too.

Steel: Your twin sister is named Jelly. You said Jam stands for Just Another Murder.

Jam: (Laughs) Never heard of that

Steel: You go to action, to find, to kill and hunt.

Jam: You say right into action. They would’ve been killed right at the hotel

    Steel: You were preparing.

    Jam: Yes

Steel: You fled like a coward

    Prosecution: Objection!

Jam: Yea. I fled like you said.

Steel: That’s what you are. A coward. Only time you get respect is when you put a gun to someone

Steel asked Jam repeatedly about his family and where his family is at to support him, then asking if it’s true that he doesn’t speak to members of his family.

This is objected, and council is called to the bench three times during this line of questioning.

Jam appeared to be laughing and shaking his head each time council was called to the bench.

That was mostly it for the day

Once the jury was dismissed at the end of the day, the judge described Steel’s cross regarding Jam’s family as like a “soap opera.”

He said he felt proving Jam’s family was against him was unnecessary.

The Judge asked: “How much more do you need” when he’s admitted to killing people?

  • seems like they did a decent job of making Jam seem like he coulda been groomed … starts early at 12 by 18 years old gets sentenced to 12 years comes home to 50 bands which could be out of the kindness of durk heart if your naive

he got popped a few years before drill even took off so he probably had a rep of shooting/not telling … or atleast comfortable doing a decade of needed be …. was probably the number one draft pick for shooters got a 50,000 signing bonus lmaoo

I’m not keeping up. Is this potentially a Thug situation where he could get like get probation for a decade or is this much worse?

  • Silas

Prosecutor asked Jam why he decided to cooperate:

OTF Jam: I decided to talk to get it off my chest & I saw the opportunity when I got locked up.

I felt like this was done with people who shouldn’t have been there. Imma be honest it’s a difference if I don’t like you and I do something to you, I don’t feel bad about it…..this was an innocent victim

So he knew all the 100+ people he admitted to robbing with a gun?

Just hundreds of iMessages and CCTV footage

jam and vonnie where on the drill and are gonna testify , the Vonnie dude basically admitted everything and says he was ordered by durk . He had access to durks credit cards and was basically his assistant . He was the closest to Von so Steele basically gonna try and say he went rogue …. There’s text messages that seem to allude to certain things but durk played it smart as far as texting overly criminal stuff “dont put anything in my name “ for instance can be dont put it on the business card for taxes for instance

  • Durk might beat this. Right now feels like when in the Young Thug case everybody thought you were crazy for saying he would beat the case but as you review the evidence, it isn’t direct as the Feds wants it to be.

I still lean he is getting found guilty of some stuff but he has a solid chance of winning IMO

  • I think Durk will beat the murder for hire case but he will probably do some time for another case like the stalking one
