You guys keeping up with this?
Elon giving all 2.3 million feds chance to resign effective Sep 30 and continue receiving pay and benefits until then without having to work. Some 65,000 have already accepted the deal. It’s complicated tho. There will be a court hearing about this Monday. Thoughts?
We got some feds on here that could prob explain better than me
If i'm not mistake, only 1 percent of ppl took the deal? And there's no way they're really gonna pay them

The U.S. government isn’t even funded past next month, potential shutdown is probably going to be the trump admins way out of paying them
It’s believed a lot of people who took the deal were going to retire anyway
bro they've been making austerity cuts to federal employment since 1978 yall had literal decades to do something about this
DCs been a war zone these last weeks
It’s obviously an effort to cut down funding like they say but I think this is just an immature way of going about it

Government employees only take up 6% of the whole federal budget
They're either going about it the wrong way or are just following the Oligarchy installation guide.

Can't really make serious reforms without Congress so i feel like they're stuck just doing shock stuff like this for impact and to say they "did something." They're acting like the money saved from this even means anything for the U.S lol. Some of these sectors are super small
I'm sure next month's potential gov shutdown and then late this year when they're deciding new allocations will be dramatic af tho.

They're gonna get blocked by the courts and as soon as things get f***ed up from staffing shortages they're gonna reverse it
