I read the documents and I think what they're accusing Drake of is fixing the algorithm in his favor.
he might not be buying 5 million streams for a new hit song, but perhaps a little extra 500,000 for a back catalog song to boost it in the recommendation algorithm and get playlist placement
this would be difficult for anybody but a real streaming number nerd to prove but maybe we'll get some proof if the case hits the courtroom
nah Silas is the ktt lawyer here man I’ll wait for him
Wtf did you read this s*** literally says
“At the heart of the scheme, Drake - acting directly and through willing and knowledgeable co-conspirators - has deployed automated bots and streaming farms to artificially
inflate play counts of his music across major platforms, such as Spotify.”
if this is proven true s*** is even more over
this like if Kendrick turned out to be a pedophile
they’re trying to making him the face of botting like they did ghostwriting
it’s not going to work
if this is proven true s*** is even more over
this like if Kendrick turned out to be a pedophile
Seems like the receipts they got were from grandwizardchatNguyen

Interesting seeing niggas who only have 1 thread that havent even post in a long time itt
What’s so interesting about that?
Drake kicking off 2026 with a fresh federal RICO lawsuit hotter than his ghostwritten bars – bro allegedly laundered Stake casino tips through Adin Ross to fund Romanian bot farms, pumping fake streams into his catalog like it's life support for a dead career.
Filed on New Year's Eve, because nothing says "fresh start" like getting slapped with claims your 37 billion Spotify plays are half from sweatshop laptops grinding slots 23/7.
Not sure who is struggling more post beef. Drake? Or his ops and stans pretending Drake is done for the 154th time
Where is that “Drake lost” guy??
They rigged every single person I know hitting me up like “damn Kendrick dog walked drake” the second MTG then NLU were out for 15mins man?
A lot of people experienced the battle in real time, and Kendrick was unanimously called the winner in real time
Sounds like you just haven’t accepted it yet, who cares if a b**** was dancing to NLU, the whole world has, it’s a fire song
Look, I already said this is another beef thread, Im not gonna keep it that route.
Im just saying the sad state of hip hop and Drake losing are related. Only Drake still doing numbers and everybody else fell off.
If you dont see how this benefits pop or country acts and how this is such an timely accurate time for them I dont know what to tell you. Specially in a thread related to money and business takes.

Mainstream artists who aren’t making great music didn’t do numbers from their new music in 2025 and that includes Drake
Just do better, the battle didn’t make 21 savage and Young Thug drop trash, the battle didn’t make drakes iceman singles flop
They need to take accountability

The main difference between the Drake/Kendrick battle and the Jay/Nas battle is
a) back then 50, Kanye, Wayne, TI, etc… were also dropping their debut albums. Em was dropping heat. Nelly was dropping heat. Outkast was dropping heat. No rapper in this era is making music as good as any of that
b) labels were pouring tons of more money into marketing these albums and artists than they do now
c) Young people, for a wide variety of reasons, seem less interested in hip hop now than they were then. It is what it is
Again, if you think Drake getting washed ruined hip hop you're a moron. If one person losing a battle COULD ruin hip hop that's a sign the industry was in shambles in the first place

"who Aren't making great music" is crazy
the health of a genre is never dependent upon whether the music is subjectively good or not
The music business generally is humming along just fine fam. You can read UMGs financial statements and they're doing fine. Artists are breaking touring records etc...
If we're talking more specifically about hip hop, there's been a failure on a part of the labels to break new rap superstars all decade for a million cultural reasons. It really doesn't make sense to pin that on the beef. The beef was concentrated on past-their-prime legacy acts and its one of the only exciting things that happened this decade.
To this point,
the entertainment industry as a whole, having Ann issue with breaking new acts, Hip-Hop as well, has next to nothing to do with a Drake / Kendrick beef.

It certainly doesn’t help
I’m not the one who equated flopping to the health of the genre, he did, and then tried to connect it to Drake losing which I think we both also agree isn’t true

Yeah Drake 'losing a battle' hasn't had the impact that people think they're just in their own bubbles.
No one really cares about that
I mean, I see it that way too. And if thats true, then why we got pdf allegations on a half time show???
It was very disrespectful to real victims, specially because a lot of people made bank over this subject.
We got false pdf allegations because Kendrick got false accusations that he put his hands on sme girl
This s*** is really so simple to anyone who understands that DRAKE LOST. Not hip-hop/the culture, whatever bs narrative you're pushing in here. Just Drake
