I feel the same way some nights. Thinking hours, feeling hours. Don’t trip op, hug yourself tight and try not to feed whatever’s making you sad rn
If you can , take a walk tomorrow when the suns out. Preferably the morning so you can get that new day optimism
Try to do something to get your mind off it rn, listen to some uplifting music or watch some comedy/nature/travel shows, at least that’s what I do
