Yeah Rocky's projects feel more like moments.
But also I'm not the core fanbase, my favorite Future album is probably Honest and idk if that's even a fan favorite
Maybe if you a rocky stan but his projects releases aren't really that memorable especially compared to future. Ig thug had a lot of releases that coulda been done better but a lot of thats cause of leaks and label s***. And being a moment doesn't mean s*** for quality a lot of that is just marketing
