for me at least, cause i feel like the "cooked attention span" effect is happening from short form video rather than say...scrolling twitter for 10 mins reading various threads
plus my addiction to it isnt as bad now cause its not as active as it used to be, i miss interacting with people there, now i just have 1 active mutual
