This real but nerds gonna hate cuz they don’t know nothing about loyalty

Also Fetty Wap said he could’ve handled it different which is true

But it’s not like he needed it, he already had like 4 huge songs by then and that song was also huge without Drake

We already know the Makonnen story. Let's not act like Drake hasn't helped plenty of other successful artists from The Weeknd, Kendrick, Migos etc. hell PND would still be on bandcamp or whatever if Drake didn't reach out and do Over Here with him. Majid Jordan was stuck on SoundCloud now they've done some decent tours on their own. Not everyone is going to blow up like them but he helped people like Summer Walker, Dave, Yung Bleu carve out a lane so a Drake stimulus failing is on the artist not Drake

Makonnen still eats of Tuesday and already cleared up how his homie f***ed it up for him

ayo posts like this just confirm how Drake fans have such a distorted view of other artists. And I really hate this perception yall have.

Especially people like Kendrick. Who everyone knew was great before he ever did that Buried Alive interlude.

Nigga brought up Summer Walker like niggas play the Girls Want Love remix over the original song. (they don't, that s*** was not a good feature and did nothing for her lol. )

  • Dec 24, 2021

I really wonder if people like @Darkest_Angel listen to any other music besides Drake tbh.

Who the hell is debating on if Kendrick was great or not before his Drake stimulus? He obviously was just like a lot of artists that made it after he gave them a look. That just proves my point you need to use it to your advantage and play it smart. When Drake gives them his platform that's on them to make it not Drake to write them every hit or force people to fw them. I hardly listen to Drake I just been paying attention a long time since he got the Wayne stimulus

And Girls Need Love has over 300 million streams and was her most popular song on Spotify for 2 years before No Love came out. You're just not outside if you think no one was playing that there's proof you're wrong

Dude was gonna take off his verse and just put Drake on it with his mans 😂

Like I said. The way y'all Drake stans digest music is the reason people on this site say y'all not really hip hop fans.

Kendrick would've been where he currently at without a Drake "stimulus package." KL EP, OD, and Section 80 (which dropped before Take Care came out) did way more for him than a f***ing Interlude lol.

I aint hear s*** from Yung Bleu since that You're Mine Still song.

Oh and Bando was actually Migos first hit btw. But like I said, if you was an actual hip hop fan you'd know that lol.

Lmao u gotta have a childish mentality to actually agree with how Fetty handled that s***

That’s like a wealthy business owner wanting to get in business with you, and you agree but then say “let my homie do business with u instead”

Loyalty is important but so is your business integrity and image, and tryna use niggas so yo homie can come up is lame if the other person ain’t show interest in that

    Bando

From Atlanta. That was a hit

Everything aint always about chart numbers. Once again, most drake fans on here don't really f*** with hip hop like that.

I don’t think anyone doubts that most artists would still be as big as they are today, but the drake features - tour can really speed up that process

    Morally Fetty was right.

    Business wise he was wrong.

Wished ak would of asked him knowing what he knows now, would he handle that situation the same
