I was really considering not buying fifa anymore after playing 21 on the PS4 before the PS5 came out. The game was so garbage and the keepers couldn’t save anything and the game felt stale. When I played fifa 21 on the PS5 when it released, it really impressed me. Wonder how good fifa 22 is going to be

You literally can’t be 5 feet within a defender in this game, they are so f***ing overpowered. You’d think Messi or Ronaldo would max out at 10 goals if defenders were this good.

Completely nullifies dribbling and forced you to play one way.

Mess of a game.

This is really the opposite of reality. The game seriously favors the offense this year and there are too many simple moves that are often unstoppable even if you’re in the right spot.

What are these moves?

Literally impossible for someone like Mbappe to run against Varane if they’re close, the game favours physicality way too much.

The amount of AI deflections are insane, people don’t even switch to the CBs in the box because every shot will get blocked by the AI. They just stick to the CDM.

Bridges, shot cancels, la croqueta & la croqueta cancels

People spam s*** like this - the bridge is awful for it because the attacker will just run almost straight through the centre backs

Theres plenty ways to score this year, I’ve had fun with the double tap through ball recently which was a big thing last year or the year before.

The fake shot stop into a la croqueta can work nicely too. Defenders expect you to keep moving so to fake shot top it’s a change of pace. La croqueta and you’re away if you can sell the direction of it

Check some tutorials on YouTube. Some of it comes like a street fighter combo but there’s some basics to implement that will really improve your game

Offensive skill moves are busted this year. Can’t play proper defense at all. Nothing worse than a forward playing defense, stealing it, then cribbing it spamming skill moves for a finesse goal
