Same! My 360 was chipped but my bro used to burn the games with a program that would patch the games so I never got detected whenever MS did a ban wave.

Wait, so MS would legit ban you if your Xbox was chipped? Would they just prevent you from ever going online again or could they like brick your console?

From what I remember they had two levels of ban waves, soft and hard so depending on the severity it could’ve just straight up bricked your console.

Some games would get leaked online like a couple days before, I used to get FIFA like a week in advance, had GTA V a couple days before too but I would have to completely disconnect for that obviously.
