Yes there was 1 count of choking. And also 3x assault leading to bodily harm and 4x forced penetration. According to the courts, CCTV footage and photo evidence has met the strong evidence requirements to deny him bail and extradite him across the country. This isn’t just someone on Twitter with a notes app story. A woman went to the police with evidence, they found more evidence via CCTV, and he got arrested.

thanks for the info, didnt know all the details. i saw that clip and thought well if thats what it was for then its not that bad to me, in the clip with speed the girl arched her neck out for him to grab and everything, still a lil weird but i didn't see anything non consensual going on in that speed clip, but obviously thats not the issue here, 4 counts is WILD

the clip with speed isn't the incident itself, it's something people went back and found to i guess show he moves weird
