yeah I've never seen a film being this outperformed by it's soundtrack. The pacing and rhythm of the film is totally off and haphazard with plenty of only partially working connections within the story so that it overall feels like a clusterfuck to me. Without the soundtrack I would put it almost on par with Bertha save for the acting and some of the directorial touches here and there. My biggest disappointment with Scorsese so far tbh aside from not being able to get through The Departed because it felt like it was a film built entirely of his stylistic tropes (I might have to give it another chance.). Then again, much might be due to the source material's story structure. I don't like Pasolini's rendition much either.

I feel you. I wasnt too hyped on Pasolini's film myself the first time i watched, but now its one of my faves of his.
I like this idea a lot, I just don't know if it actually works it doesn't really tell you anything once you've voted but give you an Ad

I can see how many people actively vote. Pretty sure it works
