So what is this game in relation to FF7R and FF7R Part 2 or whatever

Crisis Core is a prequel of FFVII, it expands on a character that is saw a little in the original called Zack (only on cutscenes), who is actually an important character, specially to understand Cloud. You will also get a better backstory on a few characters like Sephirot, and is a really fun game with an intense story

Finally finished the game today, almost at 100% (finished all the missions and side super boss, but didnt reach level 99 or maxed all DMW for example) and bro this game is still fantastic

This is really the og with better graphics and some really good quality of life, only meh thing is the voice actor thing. Went thru the og one 2 times so this my third run on the game and i enjoyed so much

Even the final still had me emotional af man Want to see so bad what they do with Zack in FFVII Remake part 2, supposedly he will play an active part so im really hyped to see that. Only thing i want is him and Aeris reunite in heaven man

Will go thru the ffvii remake now, after this i need to play it to see the new direction they took

Story thoughts
Gensis is corny and annoying as f\*\*\*. F\*\*\* that character really s\*\*\*ty he just rambles about bullshit 90% of his dialogue. I guess he'll be FF7 seeing as how he didn't die here, so I'll see how that goes. Zack having a thing for Aerith and taking such a liking to Cloud seems a little weird. Like he and Cloud barely even did much in the game's story for them to forge such a grand relationship, then he was essentially comatose for 4 f\*\*\*ing years apparently if not longer. Seems like kinda forced stuff to draw connections and correlations to characters in 7\. Zack is cool tho, went out like a real one. Sephiroth's situation I assume is more explained in FF7, but him just having a complete personality split upon researching and learning of his origins seemed kinda weird. Guessing he learned some or something happened that will get addressed in FF7\.

Make sure if you're around mid game and want to do missions, that you are at the Shinra building. There is a lady at the entrance that gives you a free revive if you drink her potion

I can't get into this game at all.

Nothing immersive about walk down small road and have about 20 different encounters. I literally ran around in a circle and the game kept throwing nameless enemies at me.

It's cool for a PSP game but that's it
