Ok anyway i work in a cinema which has a main part and VIP part

VIP staff kinda treat their little cinema as their own and dint really interrace with anyone

So in my first week, i was on a cleaning shift and i was about to finish so i said inwould take some bins out for the cleaing guys and rearrange the big bins becasue i knew they were nearly full

They told me not to worry about it cos it would take me ages so just pile the bons in the overflowing big bins and they will sort it out after

When i get out there theres like 3 VIP staff on break smoking and s***, one of em is like second in command of the VIP (i'd been told shes mad racist too)

She sees me pile the bins and im ready to leave, so she runs over to me and infront of the other people shes berrates me like "and who's gonna sort them out?"

So I say something like "the others are coming and theyre gonna sort it out cos im finihsed"

She starts saying im acting aggressive and calls me lazy and s***, and me thinking i cant lose my first job over some bs i just keep quiet and leave

I go up and get my s*** ready to leave, and this b**** snitched on my to my manager who made go back outside and sort the f***ing bins out

It was one of them situations where you know she was only treating me like that cos I was brown, and she wouldnt hsve said s*** other wise, so my mum told me to report it to hr manager and like a idiot i did

Her manger baisiclly said im causing trouble for no reason and on top of that he told every other manager about it so they all knew and made me look like some snitch for no reason

I learned later that her manager is an actual racist who's been forced to apologise to workers for it before and hes a sexual harraser

Still works for the company tho
