there's probably some level of truth to this but there's no way his ego will let him "step down" from the presidency. i think there's an increased chance of him losing the election - far more than 2-3 months ago - but i'm not really sure what the timeline of his presidency will look like in the mean time or afterwards.

Obviously a lot has changed in the last few days and can certainly change again very fast in the next few days as well, but it's looking like the debates could still theoretically happen in person if he stays "healthy". We'll see though.

If I had to bet right now, I would guess the first takes place virtually. However, that was supposed to be a town hall, so we'd half to see if they switch that around
