well tbh i probably could continue saving money if I lived with my parents but im trying to stretch my wings a bit and figure out some life s*** on my own after going through a break up earlier this year.
Congrats brotha love that for you. Three suggestions for you
Air fryer
Rice cooker
Crockpot
crockpot? really? I've never had a use case for a crockpot in the past. my parents use it for roast and ribs. any other reasons to have it?

It’s the perfect single guy (assuming) type of appliance. Set it and forget it with a day or two of leftovers. Hard to pass up while living alone as you’ll be occupied with a bunch of other chores that you’ll now be managing
Toiletries (paper towels/tissue/toothpaste, and first aid stuff like alcohol/hydrocortisone), Chicken/beef/vegetable broth, spices, rice, cleaning supplies, a good pan you can make eggs/steak/saute veggies in, and good vibes
If you have a washer definitely check for mold through sight and smell, then run a cleaning cycle
Congrats

@op I’ve lived alone for over a decade, you will love it. My tip is to always keep your house clean, a cluttered home means a cluttered mind & you never want that.
Other than that, just soak in being able to do whatever you want on your own terms. Wanna walk around the house naked as soon as you wake up? Go for it. Wanna stay up until 3 am dancing around & drinking & smoking? Go for it. It’s your own sanctuary.
If you can ever swing it, getting an animal is the best thing when you live alone. You always got a buddy there to keep you company. HAVE FUN!!!!
