Saw the thread and just wanted to post that this man's music has been hitting so hard for me this year. The Ooz and Man Alive both seem to reveal emotions I feel that I didn't even know were there and can't express in any way. The way he creates this atmosphere/these walls of sound that just seem to surround you One of my favorite things to do this year has been smoking weed at night and bumping those albums through my headphones, still picking up new things like the stereo panning or the recurring themes in the lyrics. Man Alive is exponentially my most played 2020 album, haven't listened to an album this obsessively since IGOR. Whenever I think of 2020, I'll be thinking of King Krule

If you find him jarring at first, check out his more melancholy and minimalist tracks like Baby Blue, La Lune, Cementality, Logos
Then you can go into a tier above that with Ocean Bed, Border Lines, The OOZ, Cellular & Neptune Estate
And then just complete the discography
When I first heard him with Easy Easy, I was turned off multiple times before I heard Neptune Estate
