here in Latvia its been overall a s***ty year for cinemas but Flow is keeping them afloat financialy because everyone is crazy about it

I finally got a chance to watch this and it was absolutely beautiful. I would not mind this winning the oscar for animated film, however, I think both this and The Wild Robot tackled the idea of animal bonding so well and these films will really stand the test of time. Also, I REALLY wish animated films were praised more at the Oscars rather than for just the Animated film category. They are works of art!

more people needs realise how low fi with the budget and score (produced mostly by himself and the local latvian composers) this is. absolutely fantastic piece of work. i really hope this shocks the world and takes that Oscar
