Flylo cooking!!!
Sources connected to production tell TMZ Hip Hop ... Fly Lo is going the "untraditional" route when it comes to scoring this particular sci-fi film, which begins filming in New Zealand this May.
Aaron Paul and Eliza González will replace Tessa Thompson and Joseph Gordon-Levitt who were previously announced last summer.
Gonzalez will play a woman who wakes up on a distant planet and finds the crew of her space station viciously killed. She must decide whether she can trust the man (Paul) sent to rescue her.
We are going to be eating soon
These are Flylo’s most uncharacteristic beats ever. With 20 guesses I’d never put his name to any of these besides the last one
And beyond the actual sounds and musical/sonic content, in terms of structure and variation they feel super stale imo.
Just heard about this

you not a fan I'm guessing?
I wonder if it's cuz he was tryna meet DZA halfway
This flying objects project is super underwhelming
I genuinely don’t know what Flylo was thinking. The production is the definition of mid and basic. I thought with someone like DZA he was gonna come through with some 1983 or Captain Murphy type beats
It’s about time
we ready, Flylo!!
How did this guy make LA, Cosmogramma, UTQC and You’re Dead back to back consecutively
4 absolutely different but equally incredible albums. Flamagra & Yasuke (if it counts) werent as good as any of those 4 so I hope flylo bounces back with something more fleshed out and conceptual
I think Yasuke was a great album
I really don’t think that album was given a fair chance. I feel like it’s good enough to be considered a Flylo album

I don’t think people want to admit it because they associate it with the show. But if you just listen to it as a body of work it’s pretty dope. Especially when you consider that he changed his work flow a bit for that one
