Black (or we color but that seems to be ur vibe) 990s w dr scholls or customs from a foot doc is peak all purpose comfort. Once u get over material / brand / logo idolatry biases u’ll catch the wave. Out

Go to a local orthopedic store, tell them you’re looking for insoles, they should help you out. It’s definitely the best thing you can do short-term and I honestly think everybody should wear orthopedic insoles depending on their situation, so it won’t hurt no how
Long-term I think you’ll need to talk to a specialist
Under the arch place some scrunched up paper.
Aluminium foil works better but it’s best to start with paper and work your way up.
No more creases after that.

I feel you. My feet weak af from a long period of no orthotics and non rigid straight sole shoes. This day 2 years ago my left foot damn near collapsed in. Damn near look like binded feet. I also can make the bone click in my left foot every time its used which is concerning n it makes my knee click & fukks with my left hip muscle sometimes
1. Try and have your shoes rotation 100% straight soled AND a shoe that is so solid it can't flex in the middle. The more straight soled your shoe the better, no matter how flat yo feet are.
2. Orthotics: either molded to your feet or custom made. You can get soft orthotics or rigid orthotics. The rigid ones are best I think. I dropped $400 on custom made unbreakable rigid slim orthotics & have $100 made-from-mould soft ones too
3. You probably don't know this but bc we're supposed to have arches, you probably have "scar tissue" in either or both feet, probably in the inside-middle of your feet (where the arch is supposed to be). It's hard tissue that your body produces when you "do the wrong thing" while moving. You can get rid of it with shockwave therapy, just an initial session will break down the tissue and your foot will feel fuzzy from the shockwave assisted bloodflow destroying the scar tissue
4. Up to you, but try be as lightweight as possible to take off the pressure
5. Look into strengthing your glute (asscheek) muscles
From then on, you might not even need more shockwave if you wear straight soled rigid shoes and possibly also orthotics
