last few years my wife and I done everything in courses over like 6 hours with drinks/games/chillin between. makes it way more of a communal event with friends/fam. i never liked how much pressure it was to get everything ready all at once and then everyone was hungry and cranky and then just sat down and stuffed they face for like 20min and then went comatose. spreading everything out rly clears imo

The wings are a very good suggestion tho, would probably be my number one pick across the board.
I'm a fan of spices so south east asian, indian, arab cuisines are my top favs but for this challenge ima skip all these. Eating them even for one week is gonna drive me crazy
