I don’t think that would be the case. S***workers would be operating out of an establishment instead of a street corner, regulation would likely (or should at least) require something be provided to ensure sanitation but also the well being and continued consent of workers.

The only obvious comparison is strip clubs, but given that prostitution is currently illegal, I could imagine strip clubs actually do end up in more trafficking.
