i wouldn’t say he fell off but he went from havin no skip projects (freewave 3, days b4 III, watch my back) to havin at least 5 skips on every album (FLM, s***money d****)

smd had some good stuff on it but overall it felt like he was stagnating, flawless like me was huge culturally and has so many classics on it but far too long, I still really like almost there, days before 3 is a classic. Gemini is very mid to me that’s the one where I was like ok it feels like he’s falling off now even tho it has some good songs on it

dropped him after he stumbled through addressing rape allegations in 2020. not a coincidence that was the last year the music had flair; everything after ive heard in passing just sounds like uninspired parody of his best material

days b4 III and everything after has been mostly completely forgettable

I was never the biggest fan of his stuff when he went by Lucki Ecks. I listened to a lot of Freewave 3 in 2019 and I liked some stuff off of Flawless like me.

Days B4 II was amazing, Freewave 3’s production disappointed me but everyone liked it

Flawless Like Me is incredible, S***Money D**** was solid, Gemini is a masterpiece

Next album could really put him up there trajectory wise
